Dear  katrin,

thanks for contacting us and thanks for taking our babies and caring for them, they are very lovable, those two kittens are from six siamese kittens that came with their mother in a very bad health condition, she was very thin, little millk, they were very tiny and small for thier age, when they came we thought they would be around 1 month old but it turned to be 2 and half months old,  she had already lost one kitten before coming to us , they were very dehydrated, and it was obvious they needed good feeding.

Unfortunately along the way 3 could not be saved , so the mother and 3 kittens were left, one kitten was adopted here in Egypt, you took two, we tried to keep the mother but the owner refused , we tried all out best as we were not sure she will be in good hands , the lady loved them but there was no knowledge of caring for animals and as Egypt has no animal proteciton law, we could not do anything against her insistence , but we told her she is welcome always to come to our shelter for free medical treatment and we convinced her of spaying the mother.

they had no accident and they were born with their tails this way.

They sure love sun and they used to like to sleep in the sun room in the mroning, all egyptian cats love the sun, and they are very affectionate also and always liked to sit on my shoulder or my lap. They took their beautiful character from their very nice mother , I was so sorry we could not keep her.
